Omerta: City of Gangsters – Damsel in Distress is a downloadable content (DLC) pack for the 2013 video game Omerta: City of Gangsters. The DLC adds a new district to the game, called the Suburbs, as well as a new storyline involving Lucky Luciano and Henry “The Kid” McCarty.
