Tales of Berseria is a Japanese role-playing game developed by Bandai Namco Studios and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. Gameplay
Tales of Berseria is an action role-playing game in which the player controls Velvet Crowe and her party of three other characters. The game’s battle system is based on the “Linear Motion Battle System” (LMBS) that was introduced in Tales of Zestiria. In the LMBS, the player can move their characters freely around the battlefield, and can chain together attacks to create combos. Story
Tales of Berseria is set in a world where the Abbey, a religious organization, has become increasingly powerful. The Abbey believes that the world is divided into two realms: the Material Realm, where humans live, and the Astral Realm, where spirits reside. The Abbey teaches that humans are inherently evil, and that the only way to salvation is to sacrifice themselves to the Astral Realm.
Velvet Crowe is a young woman who was once a member of the Abbey. However, after her family and friends were killed by the Abbey, she turned against the organization and vowed revenge. Velvet is joined on her journey by a group of companions who each have their own reasons for opposing the Abbey.
