Valkyria Revolution is a brand-new entry in the beloved Valkyria Chronicles series, developed by Sega and Media.Vision. Story
Valkyria Revolution is set in the war-torn continent of Jutland, where two factions, the Rus Empire and the Atlantic Federation, are locked in a bitter conflict. The player takes control of Amleth Grønkjær, a young man who joins the Jutland Liberation Army to fight for his homeland’s independence.
As Amleth and his companions fight their way through the Rus Empire’s forces, they uncover a dark secret that threatens to destroy the world. The Valkyria, ancient beings of immense power, have been awakened from their slumber, and they are now threatening to plunge Jutland into chaos.
Gameplay
Valkyria Revolution’s gameplay is a mix of traditional turn-based strategy and real-time action. Players control a squad of up to six units, each with their own unique abilities and weapons. Units can move and attack on a grid-based map, and players can use a variety of commands to control their units’ actions.
The new LeGION system allows players to combine their units into larger formations, which can then be used to perform powerful attacks or defend against enemy attacks. The LeGION system adds a new layer of strategy to the gameplay, and it allows for much more dynamic and varied battles.
Characters
Valkyria Revolution features a cast of colorful and memorable characters. Amleth Grønkjær is the game’s protagonist, a young man who is determined to fight for his homeland’s independence.
